The Woodmont Ladies Golf Association (WLGA) of the Woodmont Golf and Country Club was officially formed with a Board of Directors and a Member Roster of 35 ladies in 2001. Over the past 25 years the organization has grown to over 60 members with 13 presidents serving over the years.
Congratulations to Sue Turner, founding WLGA Member!
Sue and her husband Dave are founding members of Woodmont, joining in 2000, and Sue is a founding member of the WLGA joining in 2001. They purchased a lot on the 16th hole and moved to Canton from South Florida after retirement. Sue has been an active member in the WLGA over the years, filling many roles in the organization including President, Treasurer, Handicap Chair, Play Day Coordinator, WLGA Breast Cancer Golf Tournament volunteer, and Team Play.
